All the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful and professional. From the singing housemaids to the passionate reception staff. The location of the hotel Caravel is ideal; peaceful surroundines yet close to all local amenities. All in all this made for a very pleasurable first trip to Italy. My daughters and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Caravel. Immaculately kept, very helpful and friendly staff especially Guiseppe and Max the bar staff , nothing was too much for them.
Also Guiseppe (pool man/courtesy bus driver) was so sweet. Rooms were clean and comfortable and food was plentiful and good. Will certainly be coming back. Connie Caroline and Julie
