The staff were all exceptionally helpful and efficient. The Travel Agency had miss-advertised some of the facilities which was not the fault of the hotel, however, they still honoured this negardless. An excellent and friendly service overall which I would recommend to family and friends. HOW DO YOU RATE THE HOTEL OVERALL? excellent. VALUE FOR MONEY? excellent.
