All the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful and professional. From the singing housemaids to the passionate reception staff. The location of the hotel Caravel is ideal; peaceful surroundines yet close to all local amenities. All in all this made for a very pleasurable first trip to Italy. I would certainly recommend this hotel to others. HOW DO YOU RATE THE HOTEL OVERALL? excellent. VALUE FOR MONEY? excellent.
