The restaurant of the hotel, moreover, is able to provide, on demand, with specific menus for all those who need to follow particular diets: in fact, it is possible to ask for menus for those suffering from allergy, coeliac disease and specific ones for children.

Pride of the rich wine cellar, besides a wide choice of wines among the most famous Italian regional labels, are the wines Falanghina and Aglianico, selected and exclusively bottled for the hotel Caravel.
