The staff were all very friendly and attentive. The only critisism we do have is that we were not given a room with a balcony. When I inquired about this I was told that it was extra money for a room with a balcony, yet a couples who came after us who had paid less for the holiday were given rooms with balconies. HOW DO YOU RATE THE HOTEL OVERALL? good. VALUE FOR MONEY? good.
